Building on the legacy of the iconic F45 Playoffs, we’re
proud to introduce the next evolution in standardized
athletic performance testing at F45 Training - PEAK500
PEAK500 is a 30-minute hybrid performance event
designed to challenge capacity, output, and mental
toughness.
The goal of the workout is to collect as many points as
possible. 500 points is the Peak across all 5 stations.
