About this Event

We are excited to announce our new "Welcome Week" initiative, running from from September 23rd until September 29th 2024.

If you've never been to F45 Parkdale before, this is your chance to experience the F45 difference for FREE! You read that right - you can join us for as many workouts as you like throughout the week, on us!

Welcome Week is all about making fitness accessible to everyone. Our goal is to make fitness approachable, eliminate any intimidation, and ensure everyone feels like part of our community from the moment they walk through the door. So bring your friends, family, coworkers - everyone is welcome!

Who is Welcome Week for?

  • From beginners to athletes, we're ready to welcome you at F45 Parkdale. Our workouts are totally customizable based on your fitness level and preferences. We consistently bring on 5-10 newbies a week so we're great at helping those new to our workouts feel comfortable!
  • This is a great chance for our members to invite friends, family, neighbours, co-workers, etc. to try us out for the first time.
  • If you're not sure if F45 Parkdale is for you, please reach out to our co-owner, Heather Payne by phone or text at (647) 230-2684 so we can discuss your needs or limitations.
  • Note that all through the year, we welcome 5-10 newbies to F45 Parkdale weekly! We know it can be intimitating to try a new fitness studio, but we promise, we will make you feel welcome from the first moment you step inside our doors.

What can I expect?

  • Once you sign up via Eventbrite, we'll get you registered in our system and send you a confirmation email. We'll also remind you to invite your friends to join you!
  • We'll share the info you need about downloading the F45 Training app so that you can book your classes.
  • Each day, we run the same class all day long. For those getting into a fitness routine for the first time in a while, we'd generally recommend prioritizing our Strength days (Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday).
  • Our co-owner Heather will be with you every step of the way, helping to ensure you have the best first experience possible.

What's the Welcome Week schedule?

Monday - PUSH (45-minute Cardio)

Tuesday - STRONG (45-minute Full-Body Resistance)

Wednesday - BURNER (45-minute Cardio)

Thursday - LIFT (45-minute Full-Body Resistance)

Friday - COMBO (45-minute Cardio or Resistance - your choice)

Saturday - POWER HOUR (60-minute hybrid class combining cardio & resistance)

Sunday - TOTAL (45-minute Intermittent Dynamic Recovery including strength movements as well as recovery sets & core work)
