F45 Heroes Workout For Special Needs Families

'Heroes Of The Home' is an activity based support group for special needs families. F45 Siesta Key is graciously hosting a complimentary workout to start the new year!

This workout is designed for parents, guardians, family members, siblings, and caregivers who share a common thread. The thread of being a vital presence in the life of an individual with special needs.

This workout is for you!

This 60 minute partner workout combines cardio and strength in a follow the leader format! Whether you’re a newbie or a pro, the F45 Heros Workout brings energy, fun and sweat! Don’t miss out on this chance to challenge yourself and meet awesome people who share a similar story. Come pumped and let’s make it a workout to remember!
