F45 Cory Merrill Presents: The Denver Cup

Join us on Saturday, April 6th for The Denver Cup, an all-out fitness competition where seven F45 studios will go head-to-head in The Playoffs—a high-intensity test of strength, endurance, and grit.

What to Expect:

• 10 exercises, 10 minutes—push yourself to the limit in this ultimate fitness challenge.
• Compete to help your studio claim The Denver Cup Trophy, awarded to the studio with the highest average score from the top five men and women.
• Prizes for top individual performers and major bragging rights on the line.

Event Details:
📍 Location: F45 Cory Merrill
⏳ Heat Times:

• Heat 1: 8:00 AM – 9:00 AM
• Heat 2: 9:00 AM – 10:00 AM
• Heat 3: 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM
• Each participant will compete for approximately 10 minutes.

What to Bring:

• Water to stay hydrated.
• A supportive crew—there will be plenty of space for friends, family, and fellow studio members to cheer you on.
• Your A-game and competitive spirit.

Additional Information:

• Free entry for all participants and spectators.
• Must be 16+ to compete.
• A waiver must be signed upon arrival before participating.
• Ample free parking is available at the studio.
