Building friendships, discipline and strength can be difficult for many adult men. You are not alone.We are a group of high impact men that meet up for a boot-camp style workout in the Lawrenceville Lawn parking lot (or parking garage inclement weather).
We invite men of all fitness levels and abilities to our workouts. We have no requirement other than you showing up on time to the location and being prepared to follow what the workout leader has planned to the best of your ability.
We are a part of F3 Nation, a network of 3,062 free, peer-led workouts for men with a mission to plant, grow and serve small workout groups for men to invigorate male community leadership.

Free of Charge
All workouts are free of charge.
All Men
Workouts are open to men of all ages and abilities.
Outdoors
All workouts are held outdoors, rain or gloom.
Peer Led
Workout participants take turns leading — no training or certification required.

Workouts end with a Circle of Trust.
