The Compass Project: Design Your Direction

What are you naturally good at? What matters most to you? And how do those things connect to your future?

The Compass Project: Design Your Direction helps teens answer those questions through a series of engaging activities focused on strengths, values, and purpose. Participants will discover their aptitudes, learn how to evaluate opportunities through the lens of their personal values, and create a clearer vision for what comes next.

By the end of the workshop, youth will leave with a better understanding of themselves and practical tools for making purposeful decisions about school, work, and life.
