Lara Jane the founder and principle teacher has trained in Ballet, tap, jazz, Latin dance & oriental /Egyptian belly dance ,samba dance
fire prop-flow.
I offer my students the opportunity to learn Belly dance technique, with influences from Egypt ,middle east, Turkish, African, Latin.
using music from Traditional, pop,cabaret,folk,percussion drum technique, props techniques.
Egyptian belly dance is
a great way to keep fit, tone up and improve core muscles.
We offer on a Tuesday foundation belly dance courses which are for absolute beginner!!! for those with know experience.
this course covers ,basic movements, suppleness ,coordination and is a fun way to keep fit .
Intermediate techniques courses are for students ready to develope on there foundation, and build on layering movements.
Tuesdays 630pm-730 pm
Absolute beginners 10x weeks £135 course
Tuesdays improvers/ intermediates.
7pm-830pm £150.00 90minits 10x weeks
