Express your interest in joining our event team! Volunteers will be selected for the following roles:

• Greeters – Welcome guests and assist with check-in
• Registration Assistants – Manage guest lists and distribute name badges
• Guest Flow Ambassadors – Guide attendees through the event space

• Set-Up Crew – Support with tables, displays, signage, and décor
• Breakdown Crew – Assist with clean-up and pack-up after the event
• Vendor Liaison – Coordinate with caterers, entertainers, and sponsors
• Beverage Pourers – Serve at tasting stations (with proper licensing)
• Food Station Attendants – Keep tasting stations stocked and tidy

• Photographer’s Assistant – Support guest and group photo coordination
• Social Media Ambassadors – Share live updates, tag sponsors, and build buzz
