Donna Weaver McGinty was at work in her office at Southwestern Bell Telephone Company, located just two blocks north of the Murrah Federal Building on April 19, 1995. She was among the first people at the scene of the bombing, which killed her husband, Mike Weaver, an attorney for the Department of Housing and Urban Development. Weaver McGinty was a witness in the federal trial of Timothy McVeigh.
