Official book launch of "Eyes Wild Open (Repartee Press), an anthology of observational nature poems.
This anthology unites poets from BC, Alberta, and Ontario under a common theme, and a shared concern. From ocean coasts, to forests, to prairies and inland marshes, this book captures our natural surroundings in all their glory, while also zeroing in on the living creatures that inhabit these untamed spaces.
Repartee Press, in partnership with the Vancouver Island Regional Library: Harbourside Branch, is thrilled to launch its latest poetry collection on Saturday, June 13 at 2:30 pm. On hand will be 9 of the collection’s 25 authors to present poems from the book and to welcome this freshly minted celebration of nature into the world.
