64 CRAYONS

Back in the day if you were lucky enough to get a new box of 64 crayons for school (with the built in sharpener), you were one of the cool kids! Today the 64-count box, still considered the “Cadillac of Coloring,” produces a positive sense of nostalgia. So 64 Crayons seemed like a great name for a band that plays songs that create a 'reminiscence bump.' The members of 64 Crayons have a deep love of the music they listened to while growing up. Based in Richmond, VA, the acoustic band is known for their wall of vocals, laid-back entertaining style and fresh arrangements of classic rock, retro pop, blue-eyed soul, country and originals. The band members are veterans of various successful regional bands, have played on hundreds of music projects, shared the stage with musical icons including Charlie Daniels and even performed for the Queen of England!
