Extraordinary Ministers of Holy Communion Training
We invite all parishioners who feel called to serve as Extraordinary Ministers of Holy Communion to attend a training session on Saturday, October 18 at 9:30 a.m. in the Church, led by Deacon John Gorman. This ministry is a beautiful way to share Christ’s presence with others at Mass and, at times, to the sick and homebound.
Requirements for those serving as Extraordinary Ministers :
Be at least 16 years of age.
Be a fully initiated Catholic (having received Baptism, Confirmation, and Eucharist).
Lead a life of faith in keeping with the dignity of this ministry.
If married, be validly married in the Catholic Church.
Be commissioned by the parish pastor.
Both new and current ministers and welcome to attend. Your participation strengthens our parish community and helps bring the gift of the Eucharist to God’s people. For more information or to register, please contact the parish office.
