Hej Sektionen,
Uppdatering!! Internationaliseringskommittén (ESTIEM) fylldes på Styrelsemöte #38 idag 9/12, ett mandat som gavs till styrelsen under Höstmöte #2. Därav kommer det inte att hållas fyllnadsval till ledamotsposterna i ESTIEM som tidigare annonserats.
Torsdagen 18/12 kl. 12:00 kör vi vårt definitivt sista sektionsmöte för året. Vi ska behandla fyllnadsval för Kassör i Idrottskommittén (IF). Eventuella motioner och propositioner kommer också att behandlas.
För att söka till kommittén skickar ni in ett brev till Valberedningen. Deadline för brev är på lördag den 13/12 kl 23:59. Kallelse till intervjuer kommer under söndagen den 14/12 och intervjuerna kommer att hållas på tisdag den 16/12. Det personliga brevet skickas till [email protected] senast 23:59 den 13 december. Ansökan ska vara max ett A4 i .pdf-format och innehålla en tydlig bild på dig själv.
Brevet ska innehålla en personlig presentation, en tydlig bild och svar på samtliga av följande frågor:
• Varför söker du denna post?
• Varför passar du personligen på den sökta posten?
• Hur vill du vidareutveckla den sökta kommitténs verksamhet?
Utöver att ansöka genom personligt brev så kan du självnominera dig. Gör detta genom att skicka ett mejl till [email protected] senast onsdagen den 17:e december klockan 23:59, där du skriver ditt namn, vilken kommitté och vilken post du vill söka till. Kom även ihåg att du alltid kan självnominera dig på mötet.

Hello everyone,
Update!! The international commitée (ESTIEM) was filled during Board Meeting #38 2025, today 9/12, a mandate that was given to the Board during Autumn Meeting #2. Therefore there will not be a by-election for ESTIEM, as previously stated.
On Thursday 18/12 at 12:00 we will hold our definitely last division meeting of the year. We will handle by-elections for Treasurer of the Sports Committee (IF). Any motions and propositions will also be addressed at the meeting.
To apply to the committees, you submit a letter to the Nomination Committee. The deadline for letters is Saturday 13/12 at 23:59. Invitations to interviews will be sent out on Sunday 14/12, and the interviews will be held on Tuesday 16/12. Your personal letter should be sent to [email protected] no later than 23:59 on 13 December. The application must be a maximum of one A4 page in .pdf format and include a clear picture of yourself.
The letter must include a personal presentation, a clear picture, and answers to all of the following questions:
• Why are you applying for this position?
• Why are you personally suited for the position you are applying for?
• How would you like to further develop the activities of the committee you are applying to?
In addition to applying through a personal letter, you can also self-nominate. Do this by sending an email to [email protected] no later than Wednesday 17 December at 23:59, stating your name, which committee you are applying to, and which position you are interested in. Also remember that you can always self-nominate during the meeting.
