You started your business to build something—not to spend every day putting out fires, managing paperwork, answering every email, and trying to do everything yourself.

In this Extra Jolt, Tony Melchiorre of AimHigHR LLC will help business owners take a step back and look at what it really means to work ON your company instead of constantly working IN it.
