Join Sarah Iaccarino, author of Balance Amongst the Chaos, for a late-summer healing experience. This special class blends the dynamic movement of vinyasa flow with the deep relaxation of restorative yoga, enhanced by the healing touch of complimentary Reiki energy.
We’ll begin with an intentional flow—linking breath and movement to build warmth, strength, and flexibility while releasing tension and preparing the body and mind for deeper rest. From there, we’ll transition into supported restorative postures, where props offer full support for body, mind, and spirit.
