Appointed titles: This is a state level pageant. Each contestant will be pre-awarded an appointed title of their city/county of choosing. This will come with a personalized sash, with their title and name on it. This is mandatory to have, as this is the title contestant will represent for their opportunity as Miss Georgia. The appointed title fee is 30.00 and must be paid to order your title and hold your spot in line up. . Please allow 6-8 weeks for us to receive your sash.
Returning Royals: If you are still in the same division and your previous title has not been taken you may use your sash from the previous year, however we do require a thirty-dollar deposit to hold your place in line up which will go towards your balance.
Budgeting:
The entry fee for the state pageant is 200.00 plus the appointed title fee. The appointed fee must be paid to hold a spot and the final balance is due no later than October 15, 2024. You will not receive your sash or be placed into line up without the thirty-dollar deposit.

Scholarship fee:
Each contestant will be required to bring a scholarship fee of 75.00 to registration with them this MUST be in cash, and in an envelope labeled with your contestant's name and division. Contestants will receive their monetary winnings, half on the first day of the beach trip, and half on the final day of next year's pageant, ONLY if they have completed the terms of their contractual obligations.
Gifts: Contestants must bring a small gift for the outgoing/incoming queen. Do not spend too much on this 10.00 is sufficient. These must be labeled prior to check-in with the division and incoming/outgoing.

Competition Included in Pricing
Introduction: Onstage introduction is the basis behind Exquisite Royalty’s vision, for allowing young women to grow in their voices and learn to use them to promote themselves in light.
Outfit of Choice: The outfit of choice is based off of the zodiac sign you choose to bring to life. BE CREATIVE!
Formal: This is the main event of the pageant where the contestant will showcase their beauty. please refer to our rules located on the first tab of the contestant page on the website.
Onstage question: This is the final mandatory event. It will occur after contestant line up in beauty. Each contest will draw a fishbowl question that has been pre provided to the contestants.
Also included in the entry price are side awards:
Prettiest eyes, prettiest hair, prettiest smile, best dressed, Regal Royalty (volunteer service) Contestant T-shirt, Contestant gifts, and one ticket to the optional gala meal.

You can now do an optional interview. Interviews will be done Friday night, during the early registration. You will be given a call time and will be escorted back when it is your time for interviews. cost for the interview optional is $30.
All optional competitions are 20.00 apiece.
All in package of $140.00 not including interview.
All in package of $175.00 does include interview.
People's Choice: People's choice will be a dollar a vote, payments should be sent as friends and family to [email protected] with the contestant's name as the memo. You may also bring cash into the pageant. The winner will receive gifts, a crown, a sash, multiple gift certificates, and more.
Hostess: We award a contestant who brings the most audience with them to watch the pageant. The winner will receive gifts, a crown, a sash, multiple gift certificates and more.
Photography: We have a hired photographer, Carrie Abernathy Photography. You may NOT take any pictures of your contestant aside from outside the ballroom. Any photography/videoing of our stage setup, and/or contestants performing on stage, will result in automatic disqualification. Every contestant will automatically receive three photos of their contestant.
Discounts:
Sibling/mommy and me discount: $50.00 off each contestant.
New Contestant: $50.00
Referral Discount: $20.00 off for each new contestant who signs up using you as a referral.
Buddy Discount: $35.00 off both parties if you both sign up on the same day together. Does not count if you do not both sign up during the same day.
Only one discount per contestant can be used excluding Referrals or buddies. We do not bundle new and sibling discounts.

Our prize package continues to grow yearly as sponsors help contribute, we are not responsible if sponsors do not fulfill their awards.

Before entering note all royalty MUST be at the pageant to help run the pageant and give up their title the following year.
Schedule: Friday evening 6:00 pm early check-in for contestants. You will be given time slots in your final email for when you should plan to be there for early check-in. Please do not come outside of your assigned time. If you are signed up for an interview your call time will also be in the email.
Saturday: Introduction/OOC And all optional competitions.
Saturday evening: Optional Gala
This year's dinner will be catered in. All optional and side awards will be awarded at the dinner. All scholarship awards from outside charities, as well as other congenitally awards will be awarded Attire is formal. The meal will be catered by Stew N Que family restaurant. Tickets will be pre-purchased. Family is welcome; however, they must purchase a ticket. Contestants are covered, Adults are 30.00 a piece, and children 10 and under are 15.00.
YOU MAY NOT ADD THIS AT THE DOOR. Tickets must be purchased prior to October 15th. you will be given tickets to turn in at the door.
