Expungement Resource Event

The Los Angeles County Public Defender's Office supported by immigration attorneys will bring on-the-spot expungement processing, immigration consultations, and wraparound services such as housing, employment, and reentry support

Bring your California I.D or Driver's License number. No other documentation is required. However, you may bring copies of diplomas, certificates, awards, college transcripts, character letters, etc. They can be attached to the petion(s) filed on your behalf. Sharing any of these documents with the court may increase the chances of your expungement petition(s) being granted.
