Expunction Clinic - Pro Bono Event

During the session, volunteers will be provided with clients’ criminal records and will assist in drafting pro-se expunction petitions. Clients will not be present, but volunteers will be provided with all the necessary information to draft the petitions. Legal Aid of North Carolina will have attorneys on-site to provide support and answer any questions.

No prior experience is necessary.

Volunteers need to bring their own laptop.

Space is limited to 20 participants.
