Welcome to the Expressive Forest Therapy Walk!
Come join Courtney and Celine for a relaxing and rejuvenating experience in the beautiful Millcreek Ravine. Let's connect with nature and ourselves through sensory invitations, loose art and celebrate the Fall Equinox!
Our event will take place on Sunday September 22nd, 2024 at 1:00 PM. Meet us at the designated meeting point in the ravine and be prepared to immerse yourself in the healing power of the forest.
An email will be sent to all participants (from [email protected]) a couple of days prior to the event providing more info on where to meet, how to dress and what to expect. Make sure to check your spam from time to time!
No prior experience is necessary, there are no right or wrong way to live this experience, just your way. This is a great opportunity to unwind, recharge in nature's embrace.
