Expressive Arts Workshop: What Lives Here?
About this Event
Expressive Arts Workshop: What Lives Here?
There's a different kind of time in summer. The long light, a window left open all night, the sound of people sitting out late. Something in the pace of things moves and softens. This workshop invites you to pause and explore the feel of these summer days. Through guided writing and visual arts, we'll discover what lives here when you give it your attention.
Expressive Arts workshops offer an open space to create, express and explore. Using visual arts, reflective writing, and gentle movement, it is an invitation to tune in. No experience needed, just curiosity and a willingness to play.
What to Expect:
- High sensitivity, low skill approach — no artistic experience required
- A supportive, non-judgmental space for creative exploration
- An introduction to Expressive Arts; you'll leave with a piece you've created
- Writing and drawing working together to explore time, light and presence
- All materials provided — simply bring yourself
** Please arrive on time. Doors close at 18:45.
