Expressive Arts Workshop: Spaces and Places

We all move between places. The ones we came from, the ones we've found, the ones we're building, the ones we're still looking for. This workshop uses guided making and creative practices as a way to explore the spaces where we feel held, where we feel at home, and what belonging means to us now.

Expressive Arts workshops offer an open space to create, express and explore. Using different creative processes like visual arts, reflective writing, and gentle movement, it is an open invitation to tune in. No experience needed, just curiosity and a willingness to play.

What to Expect:

• High sensitivity, low skill approach — no artistic experience required
• A supportive, non-judgmental space for creative exploration
• An introduction to Expressive Arts; you'll leave with a piece you've created
• All materials provided — simply bring yourself
