Expressive Arts Workshop: Between Our Hands
In today's busy world, we don't often get to create with other people just for the sake of it. Colour, movement, shapes, and the quiet of humming hands. This workshop is an invitation to connect on the page and make together, without having to know where it will go. Through guided creative practices, we'll explore what happens when we meet, ourselves and each other, in the making.
Expressive Arts workshops offer an open space to create, express and explore. Using visual arts, reflective writing, and gentle movement, it is an invitation to tune in, to yourself and to the people around you. No experience needed, just curiosity and a willingness to play.
What to Expect:
- High sensitivity, low skill approach, no artistic experience required
- A supportive, non-judgmental space for creative exploration
- An introduction to Expressive Arts; you'll leave with a piece you've created
- Visual arts and writing working together to explore connection, play and presence
- All materials provided, simply bring yourself
