L'exposition met à l'honneur la création aborigène contemporaine en Terre d'Arnhem et présente des artistes qui, tissant les fils et les lignes, y inscrivent aussi leurs histoires ancestrales millénaires.
Elle explore les liens profonds entre peinture, sculpture, écorce, vannerie et textile, et présente plus de 65 oeuvres et objets, disponibles à la vente.
Organisée en étroite collaboration avec les coopératives d'artistes aborigènes Bula’Bula Arts Aboriginal Corporation, Babbarra Women’s Centre, Maningrida Arts & Culture et Numbulwar Numburindi Arts ; en partenariat avec New Angles, et avec le soutien de l’Ambassade d’Australie.

The exhibition showcases contemporary Aboriginal art from Arnhem Land and features artists who, as they weave threads and lines, also weave in their ancestral stories dating back thousands of years.
It explores the deep connections between painting, sculpture, bark, basketry and textiles, and features over 65 works and objects, all available for purchase.
Organised in close collaboration with Aboriginal artist cooperatives Bula’Bula Arts Aboriginal Corporation, Babbarra Women’s Centre, Maningrida Arts & Culture, and Numbulwar Numburindi Arts ; in partnership with New Angles, and with the support of the Australian Embassy in France.
