The Export Furniture Exhibition (EFE) 2026 marks its 19th edition and continues to grow in stature, welcoming quality buyers from over 140 countries. This prominent event takes place at the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre (KLCC), a top-tier exhibition venue located near the iconic Petronas Twin Towers. Spanning over four days, EFE 2026 showcases an impressive array of modern and contemporary furniture, featuring the latest designs for various spaces including bedrooms, living areas, kitchens, children's rooms, offices, and outdoor settings, as well as hotel lounges and furniture accessories. With over 260 exhibitors occupying more than 40,000 square meters, attendees can expect to find a comprehensive selection of international brands, particularly highlighting the diverse offerings from Malaysia's furniture and furnishings industry.
In an effort to enhance global participation, EFE collaborates with MATRADE to implement the Buyer Introduction Program, which aims to attract new buyers from prestigious retail companies across the globe, including countries such as the US, South Africa, UK, Austria, Germany, Japan, Denmark, Canada, France, and Holland. This program not only facilitates international trade but also offers complimentary hotel accommodations for quality international buyers. Additionally, the Malaysian Furniture Creativity Awards (MFC Awards) provide a platform for exhibitors and designers to showcase their creativity and innovation, encouraging newcomers to join the furniture design sector. To further foster connections, a Buyers' Networking Night will be held, coinciding with the event's 15th anniversary, offering a valuable opportunity for exhibitors and buyers to expand their professional networks during engaging cocktail sessions.
