Dive into the healing power of movement, music, breath, art, & dance & enjoy a guided, immersive silent disco experience of self-discovery.?✨Exploring Within is celebrating TWO YEARS of hosting wellness events on the Big Island of Hawaii and we want to invite you to come celebrate with us.
? Join us ~on Sunday, April 28th from 4:30 PM-8:30 PM on a beautiful outdoor dance floor in paradise, located on a picturesque coffee farm in Holualoa. Come experience the magic and medicine of movement, music, breath, art, and dance in a fully immersive sensory silent disco experience, using wireless noise-canceling headphones, that will take you on an inner journey of self-discovery and connection with nature, self, & others. Our events are designed to inspire joy, well-being, healing, freedom, belonging, acceptance, community, authentic expression, and deep connection.
~This event will include a facilitated art therapy workshop, a guided dance journey, creative corners with face/ body paints, a collaborative art canvas for painting, contemplation/reflection questions for deeper connections, a journaling station, an oracle card corner, massage therapy practitioner and bodyworker, and a bonfire/fire dancing performance. ????
?Schedule of Events:
4:30 -4:45 PM Check-in, contemplation/reflection questions for journaling, connection exercises, face/body paint
4:45 PM Welcome Circle (***please be on time as this is an integral part of the experience)
4:45-5:45 PM Art Therapy Workshop by Bri(processing emotions through paint & play)
6 PM -7:30 PM Exploring Within: Silent Disco Nature Connection & Dance Experience (guided self-discovery & wellness journey)
7:30-7:40 PM: Fire Dancing Performance
7:40-8:30 PM : Social Hour / Bonfire/ Massages
Exploring Within~ Silent Disco Nature Connection & Dance Experiences
Experience the magic of Hawaii in a new way. The Exploring Within journey is facilitated by Bri, who combines art/dance/movement therapy practices for a holistic and immersive journey of inner and outer exploration. Each Exploring Within journey is a uniquely guided movement meditation & powerful collective experience held in nature. We hold a safe space for you to move and dance however you please, for there is no right or wrong way. Allow yourself to be moved by the music . Unleash your inner child. Trust yourself as you explore new movements. Exploring Within will free you to listen to your own body, flow with your emotions, reprogram limiting beliefs, and connect with your inner self, nature, and the world around you on a deeper level. ***IMPORTANT REMINDERS:
- Reminder to please arrive 5-10 minutes early for parking/check-in & please be on time for the opening circle instructions
- ***Address & parking instructions will be emailed separately
- PLEASE CARPOOL IF YOU CAN! Parking space is limited and we highly encourage carpooling
- Please bring plenty of water & reusable bottle to stay hydrated
- Bring your own pillow/yoga mat/or blanket for sitting comfortably during art workshop
- wear comfortable/breathable clothes to move, groove, & dance in, & DON'T FORGET to bring warm layers/cozy clothes for when the temperature drops at night
-We provide wireless noise-canceling silent disco headsets that will all be connected to the same channel for a fully immersive experience
