Exploring Within: Beach Sunset Silent Disco x Breath of Life Workshop

Come celebrate the medicine of movement, music, art, and breath through an immersive guided silent disco experience with Exploring Within. This event featuring dance therapy practices is designed to inspire joy, well-being, freedom, belonging, acceptance, community, authentic expression, and deep connections to self, others, and nature.

Join us ~on Saturday, August 3rd from 4:00 PM-7:30 PM~ on a beautiful outdoor dance floor in paradise, as we connect & dance freely in nature with noise-canceling wireless headsets to restore our minds, bodies, and hearts.

-4:00-4:30 PM Check-in, contemplation/reflection questions, connection exercises, mix & mingle. Come early, make new friends, and connect with community

-4:40 PM: Opening Circle (please arrive on time as this is an integral part of the Exploring Within journey

-5-6 PM: Breath of Life Workshop with Dina

-6-7PM Exploring Within: Dance/Movement Meditation Journey with Bri

-7:15PM-7:30 PM Sunset Meditation

7:30-8pm: Post Dance Night Time Ocean Plunge (Optional)

• Reminder to please arrive 5-10 minutes early for parking/check-in

• Please be on time for the start of our opening circle at 4:40 PM as this is an integral part of the experience
• We highly recommend bringing your own reusable water bottle to stay hydrated
• Wear comfy clothes to move & groove in / (don't forget your bathing suits if you'll be joining the post dance ocean plunge)
• We provide wireless noise-canceling silent disco headsets that will all be connected to the same channel for a fully immersive experience

WHAT TO BRING:

• yoga mat, blanket, eye pillow or cover, water
• if staying for the post dance ocean plunge please wear your bathing suits & bring towels to dry

The Exploring Within journey is facilitated by Briana Sophia Torres, who combines dance/movement therapy for a holistic and immersive journey of inner and outer exploration. Each Exploring Within journey is a uniquely guided mindful movement meditation & powerful collective experience held in nature. We hold a safe space for you to move and dance however you please, for there is no right or wrong way to explore. Allow yourself to be moved by the music. Unleash your inner child. Trust yourself as you explore new movements. Exploring Within will free you to listen to your own body, flow with your emotions, and connect with your inner self, nature, and the world around you on a deeper level.
