Exploring the Wound of the Witch: A Discussion and Guided Meditation

In this private virtual Zoom workshop, we will explore the complicated topic of how and why we may feel compelled to hide aspects of our spiritual selves from the world, how we feel about that, and what we can do about it given our individual constraints and safety considerations.

Do you hide aspects of your spiritual self? Did you feel an affinity with a certain justice-oriented green witch of fiction and the propaganda campaign against her? Do you worry that those in your life won't accept your authentic self? You're welcome to explore this here.

This workshop will include:

• Introductions and safety briefing
• Quote and discussion
• Three-part guided meditation to discern the wound of the witch, explore the wound, and lay to rest or confront what affects it
• Brief journaling exercise
• Story magic: a collaborative poem
• Debrief and suggestions for the future
