Join noted Bay Area Sommelier, Jienna Basaldu CSW, FWS, SWS and Advanced Sommelier for an exploration of this traditional category of wine from the UNESCO World Heritage wine region of Conegliano Valdobbiadene. Re-fermented in bottle vs. the usual autoclave, these wines offer a different gustatory experience when enjoying the Glera grape.
