Our next cooking class will be on Saturday April 6th. It will be on the traditional New year food called Sabzi Polo ba mahi. This is an herbed rice with fresh local fish. we will also make Koo Koo sabzi that is a vegetarian option we also eat with the rice. If you like greens, this is a perfect dish to learn.
