Exploring the Original 34: A Two-Part Pilates Workshop Series
Join Hannah for a deep dive into Joseph Pilates’ original 34 mat exercises – the foundation of classical Pilates.
Across two accessible and informative workshops, Hannah will break down the sequence, movement by movement. You’ll explore the intention behind each exercise, experience modified and levelled variations, and gain a deeper understanding of how to embody the original method in a way that works for your body.
Perfect for those new to Pilates and those ready to deepen their practice and gain more from classes.
Part 1: Friday 10th October, 6.30 – 8pm
Part 2: Friday 24th October, 6.30 – 8pm
£18 drop-in or £28 for both sessions when bought together.
All mats and equipment provided.
