A somatic workshop for meeting emotion in the body - breath, movement, sound, and relational presence - so protective patterns can soften and aliveness can return.
Skan dares to descend into the hidden chambers of our emotional life - the places shaped by fear, anger, and old wounds.
In this gentle yet fearless unraveling, our inner landscape begins to breathe again.
And in that renewed freedom, the heart remembers its own language - longing, love, and the ecstatic expression of joy.
We'll explore:
• Habitual patterns of armoring (holding) and breath-holds
• Breath, movement, and sound/voice as pathways to feeling
• Relational presence and attunement with clear choice and consent
You may leave with:
• Fuller breathing and more bodily ease
• Emotional release and renewed vitality
• Simple practices for listening to your body's signals. You can slow down, opt out, or simply observe at any time.
