Bryant to learn how song can be used a tool to heal, transform, and restore community.T Mychael Rambo is a three time Regional Emmy Award winning actor, vocalist, arts educator and community organizer; who has made an indelible mark here in the Twin Cities performing principle roles at such theaters as: the Guthrie, Penumbra, Ten Thousand Things, the Ordway, Illusion, Mixed Blood, Park Square, New Dawn Theatre, Children’s and Minnesota Opera to name but a few. Nationally and internationally his stage credits include Carnegie Hall and performances abroad in Africa, Europe and South America. He has appeared in local and national television commercials, feature films, HBO mini-series and other television programming. T. Mychael is an established, recording artist, residency artist and affiliate professor in the College of Liberal Arts, Theatre Arts and Dance at the University of Minnesota. Mr. Rambo is also an accomplished keynote and motivational speaker having shared his unique blend of storytelling, humor and inspirational messaging for corporations, community organizations and academic institutions.
Since she graduated from Howard University, Aimee K. Bryant has built a lengthy resume as a theatre artist in the Twin Cities. Aimee is an actor, vocalist, director and teaching artist whose artistic practice is rooted in soul music. joy, and a rigorous curiosity about the way things are. Her mission is to use performance as a tool for self reflection, healing, transformation, and black liberation. She also identifies as a mother, a roller skater, a Buddhist, a Detroiter, a cyclist, and a foodie. Aimee was named City Pages 2015 Actress of the Year, and is a McKnight Theatre Artist Fellow for 2015-2016. Her debut CD "Becoming" is available online.
