Explore the work of great artists with us on the 1st Tuesday of every month. This month's artist is Mark Rothko.
Mark Rothko was born in Portland, OR where he started his artistic journey. Mark Rothko produces panels of color that, at first, are hard to understand as being art. We will follow the development of this art form in an attempt to understand his final achievement - the Rothko Chapel.
