About the facilitator: Amera Al-Ali is a healing arts practitioner, movement guide, and sound meditation facilitator. Her mission is to be in service to community by honoring the individual unfolding of each of our embodied experiences, and weaving community together in a healing and sustainable way. Her teachings are nourished by her own spiritual gifts and practise, and inspired by the intricacies of body science, bioenergetics, polarity, the perfection of nature, and vibrational science. She curates healing experiences focused on refining and nurturing the nervous system, and attuning those in the space to the subtle energy and vibration that gives life to the body. Amera is also a registered nurse and life support educator with over a decade of intensive care nursing experience. The fragility of life and the importance of equitable collective care deeply influences Amera's healing work.
