Exploring Sound
starting Wednesday 13th August 2025
10am to 11.30am for six weeks
Using Drums, Native flutes, Rattles, Crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, and our voices, we will explore how the music we listen to affects our energy and more.
This class is an exploration into sound, both man-made and natural and how sound can help heal our bodies and our minds.
