This is an introductory day of exploring what Shamanic Practice is and what it means to you and your soul journey. You will experience Shamanic journeying and meet some of your Spirit Guides.
Sunday 29th March from 10.30 am ~ 4.30 pm

Please wear comfortable clothes and bring bedroom slippers/warm socks, a blanket, pillow, yoga mat, notebook and pen, water, your lunch and snacks. Tea/coffee will be provided.
