Nostalgia is a powerful feeling - it pulls us back to another time, often with a glittering lens of appreciation for things we perhaps did not fully grasp at the time.Art has that same power to transport us through time and feeling, and can evoke fond memories or bring us back to moments and treasures we once thought were lost. See what creative collaboration can do as we explore the concept of nostalgia together.
Come create an original work of art that evokes the concept of nostalgia, either from your own life or from how society experiences and views it. Choose from a work on paper or canvas, and from a variety of media including watercolor, acrylic, collage, embroidery, and more. Prefer to explore this concept via writing or song? This workshop is still for you! The collaborative environment is welcome to all kinds of expression.
