In today’s fast-paced world, stress has become a common experience for individuals across all demographics. The increasing demands of work, family, and social life can lead to heightened levels of anxiety, depression, and other mental health issues. Research has shown that mindfulness practices can significantly reduce stress and improve overall mental well-being. While facilitated by a licensed Therapist, this group is being offered as a support group and not a therapeutic group.
