Exploring Mindfulness thru Art

The workshop will start off with a brief introduction to this modality and explanation of how this process works. There will be a short meditation and then the participants will use the remaining time to work on their projects. You are welcome to bring a notebook or journal to document your experience. We will have a brief discussion at the end of the session and I’d love to hang your finished project on the wall for others to view during my residency. This will culminate in an open studio session at the end of my residency to showcase all of the participants work and to allow for a brief discussion about my work and findings.
