Seated at your own personal table, your server will guide you through each course beginning at 5:30 or 7:30pm. Esquites Shooter- grilled corn cobb, , corn crema, cilantro, Tajin rim

Pulpo Tostada – marinated octopus, avocado verde-cream cheese, salsa macha, sweet potato straws

Baja California Region

Nopales Salad – roasted cactus, golden raisins, watercress, roasted red peppers , spiced pepitas, roasted cumin vinaigrette

Jalisco Region

Blue Crab Sopes – fresh out of shell achiote crab, blue corn masa shells, refried red lentils, capers, pickled chiles

Yucatan Peninsula Region

Nopales Tetela - cactus and spinach masa triange filled with refried black beans and queso fresco, aji verde , topped with nopales

Oaxaca Region

Duck Carnitas- orange-achiote braised duck, mole naranjo, fava beans, fresh masa shells

Fruit and Chamoy – dragnonfruit & melon ceviche, chamoy sauce, tajin seasoning, powdered sugar

Jalisco Region

Buñuelos- crispy sweet fritters, dusted with sugar and drizzled with Piloncillo syrup
