Exploring LEGO® Serious Play® — A Free Hands-On Demo
About this Event
You've built with LEGO bricks before. This is something different.
LEGO® Serious Play® (LSP) is a professional facilitation methodology that uses bricks not to build things — but to think with them. In an LSP session, you build a model, and the model tells you something you didn't know you knew.
This free 60–75 minute demo is your chance to experience it firsthand.
You'll work through a series of guided build prompts — each one designed to surface something real. No experience required. No LEGO skills required. Just your hands and your willingness to see what comes up.
What you'll do:
• Build a model that represents you in some way
• Build a model of your best self
• Build a model of something that made you happy
• Place your models in relationship to others — and see what story
they tell together
What you'll leave with:
• A firsthand experience of LSP — not an explanation of it
• A felt sense of why this methodology works differently than a
conversation or a whiteboard
• A question or two you didn't have when you walked in
This session is led by Dave Snyder, certified LEGO® Serious Play® facilitator and founder of Brick@Heart.
All materials are provided. This event is free. Space is limited to 8 participants.
Hosted at Bricks & Minifigs Kenosha — a LEGO specialty store and a natural home for this kind of work.
