Part 1: Introduction to Climate Risks and IFRS S2

Part 2: Scenario Analysis Fundamentals

• Strategy and risk management under IFRS S2.
• Selecting scenarios (e.g., worst-case and best-case scenario)
• Inputs, assumptions, and limitations disclosures
• Reference to TCFD alignment and ISSB educational materials.

Part 3: Conducting Practical Scenario Analysis

• Step-by-step process: risk exposure, scenario, impacts, mitigation.
• Physical vs. transition risk scenarios.
• Quantifying impacts on cash flows, finance access, and capital costs.

Part 4: Disclosures and Integration

• Structuring strategy disclosures per IFRS S2.
• Disclosing methods, scenarios used, and changes from prior periods.
• Integrating with financial statements and transition plans.

By the end of the workshop, you will be able to:
