Exploring Emotions Through Art: A Series for Emotional Wellness
About this Event
Sometimes the best way to figure out how you're feeling is to stop thinking about it and start making something. This 3-week psychoeducational series uses guided art-making to help you learn about your emotional world — through creativity, reflection, and fun. Each Wednesday we'll explore a different theme using a range of materials and structured art activities. You'll leave each session with new insight into your inner life and something tangible you made with your hands.
This is a learning experience, not a therapy group. Think of it as emotional literacy through art — accessible, grounded, and genuinely useful for everyday life. No art background required, and no pressure to produce anything polished.
The group is small by design, so there's room to go at your own pace and feel genuinely supported.
This is a good fit if you're looking to:
- build a better understanding of your own emotions
- find a creative outlet that works for you
- learn practical tools for stress, transition, and self-care
- explore what art therapy is about before considering one-on-one sessions
