Join Rebuild Yourself Inc. for Exploring Emotions & Mindfulness Coping for Teens, an interactive workshop where you’ll learn about the Emotion Wheel, how emotions connect to your body, and simple mindfulness strategies to help you stay grounded. Plus, our partners from Broken Wings will introduce EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), a therapy that helps people heal from stress and tough experiences. This session will give you practical tools to better understand yourself and support your mental well-being.
