explore and embody 'The Radiance Sutras' through meditation, journaling, art and conversation. Lorin Roche, PhD, shares his perspective on 112 sutras and Sanskrit teachings in his book, The Radiance Sutras - full of wisdom and sacred words, elixirs for the soul that bring clarity and truth to your existing meditation / mindfulness practice. we will begin with meditation and pranayama before diving into the sutras and the practices that accompany them. we will end our time together with savasana + optional adjustments, essential oils, and deeply relaxing music.
watercolor paint and paper is provided. please bring a journal to write in and your favorite pen. (no art experience needed)!

passionate about sharing the love, kim weaves mindfulness, meditation, mantra, movement, pranayama and art into her offerings. ryt-200, kim completed her yoga teacher training at wilmington yoga center in 2016, is certified in reflexology, (which makes for great foot rubs in savasana), a teaching artist, an end of life doula, and holds a certification through the alzheimer’s research and prevention center in brain longevity therapy training. kim is a wilmington native, passionate about being in community and creating a safe space for the art of practice. her mantra is ‘be love.’
