Outdoor enthusiasts of all ages interested in learning the basics of making venison summer sausage are encouraged to attend a free class provided by the Ohio Department of Natural Resources (ODNR) Division of Wildlife on January 28th from 6pm to 8pm.
Instructors will cover topics including safety, general equipment needed, and the techniques involved in making delicious venison summer sausage. All equipment will be provided including venison, spices, and smokers. Participants are asked to not bring outside equipment or venison. There will be samples!
