Every Saturday, 10:00am – 12:00pm, join us for a family-friendly tour at the CAM Green with a guided tour in the galleries (ages 4+) followed by a guided activity on the patio (weather permitting).
✉️ Saturday, August 9 and Saturday, September 13: “Letters from the Waterfront” – Tour the gallery to explore the work of Ernest Blatchford and learn about sea travel in the early 20th century. Imagine seeing Cape Ann through the lens of a postcard sent to a friend or loved one. Then, colorize a photograph and turn it into a postcard. Mail it here at the Museum!
Plus, take part in our ongoing self-guided scavenger hunt, “Tools of the Tide” – use a scavenger hunt as you tour the gallery to learn about the working waterfront. Draw what you think is outside the photo frames to reveal more about Cape Ann’s busy waterfronts.
