Exploring Biodiversity with the River Institute and OPG

Join the River Institute at the OPG Saunders Hydro Dam Visitor Centre for a fun event to learn about local biodiversity. River Institute Educators will provide guided nature walks outside where guests can identify birds and look for animal tracks. Binoculars and field guides are available for participants. Inside the centre there will be the opportunity to learn how to identify different animals from bones. Participants can also use microscopes to try and identify aquatic invertebrates to learn about their diversity.

Recommended for all ages.
