Exploring AI: Generative Artificial Intelligence for Beginners

What are some of the best AI tools available for kaiako and ākonga in Aotoearoa? What do tumuaki and kaiako need to be aware of? What are the benefits? What are the risks? What are the ethics and biases?

This workshop will explore these questions. We will develop examples of using AI in curriculum planning, administration, and in the classroom.

This workshop is designed for those who have not explored AI or have just dipped their toes.

This is a hands-on, practical, bring your own device class.
