Workshop for Women in AthensWe will explore your addictive tendencies toward substances or behaviours. We will look inside and play together to discover new states of being to create change.
We will explore experientially what is behind the tendency, whether it is: coffee, sweets, an evening alcoholic drink, or buying music. We will explore what pulls you in, through creative somatic experiential exercise.
We will share our stories, connect and laugh together.
This workshop is not for working with serious addictions.
WHEN: Friday 21st of June at 6 pm (max 2 hours)

About me:
My name is Eliza Kopalak. I am a UKCP-registered, highly qualified, and experienced Psychotherapist working with individuals, couples, and groups worldwide.
My approach is integrative with a transpersonal perspective. I have trained and practised psychotherapy in London, UK. My work is influenced by continuous training in Process Work Psychology in Portland and Hawaii, US, and my long-life fascination with psyche, body, Bon Buddhism and shamanism.
